Team Leader – Barista Maestro (Coffee Shop)

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee you will help create great coffee experiences and memorable moments for customers. You will bring energy, confidence and support to every shift while enjoying flexible working hours that suit the store’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure the store runs without disruption.
• Train and support new baristas in coffee preparation, service standards and brand excellence.
• Motivate and energise the team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Maintain high standards of service and coffee quality throughout each shift.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
• Flexible to work early starts and late finishes.
