About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Costa Coffee store in Bedford. You will be responsible for delivering a great coffee experience while supporting and motivating your team during each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts.
- Train and support new Baristas.
- Energise and motivate your team.
- Maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well.
Required profile
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
