Main Missions

• Ensure the smooth and safe daily operation of the children's home.
• Provide consistent leadership, guidance, and support to the residential care team.
• Maintain and uphold high standards of care and regulatory compliance within the home.
• Act as a key point of contact, stepping in to support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager when required.
• Foster a nurturing environment that helps young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs regain their sense of childhood.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a care or educational setting.
• Exceptional emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support vulnerable youth.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with young people and professional colleagues.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire a dedicated team.
