About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Seaton as a Team Leader, overseeing a 25‑hour per week shift in a vibrant coffee shop environment. You will bring energy, confidence and support to every shift while ensuring a memorable experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain high service standards.
- Train, support and motivate new Baristas.
- Maintain coffee excellence and overall store cleanliness.
- Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep operations running.
Required profile
- Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
