Team Leader – Drive‑Thru (30 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Costa Coffee as a Team Leader on the Cheshire Oaks Drive‑Thru. You will work 30 hours per week on a permanent contract, helping to deliver great coffee and memorable moments for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure high service standards.
• Train, support and motivate new Baristas.
• Maintain coffee quality and store cleanliness.
• Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep the store running.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
