Team Leader – Edinburgh (25-30 hrs/week)

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Edinburgh, you will drive the daily operations of a busy coffee shop, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high‑quality service for customers. You will work flexible shifts across four days a week, supporting the team and maintaining the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and manage store flow.
• Train, coach and support new Baristas.
• Energise and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of coffee preparation and customer experience.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well under pressure.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.

Required skills

• Retail management or coffee‑shop experience (preferred).
