About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Team Leader, overseeing flexible, fully‑flexible shifts in a permanent, on‑site role. You’ll bring energy and confidence to each shift while supporting the store’s daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure high service standards.
- Train, coach and support new Baristas.
- Motivate and energise the team to deliver excellent coffee.
- Maintain coffee and service quality across the store.
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well.
Required profile
- Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
