About the role

Atlas Hotels is seeking a motivated Team Leader for the Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh – Leith Waterfront. You will be the first point of contact for guests and new staff, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm “Atlas welcome” to guests and new employees.
• Ensure team members are in the right place at the right time and coach their development.
• Offer guidance and support to team members, staying calm under pressure.
• Assist the Hotel Operations Manager in driving continuous improvement and delivering great guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading a team in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong coaching ability and a focus on team development.
