Team Leader – Lakeside Thurrock (12 hrs/week)

About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Lakeside Thurrock, you will oversee a 12‑hour shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering the brand’s high‑quality coffee experience. You will support a small team of baristas, provide flexible scheduling and help create memorable moments for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage efficient store shifts, keeping service flowing smoothly.
• Train, coach and support new baristas to meet Costa standards.

• Maintain high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.
