About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee in Stevenage, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts while delivering excellent coffee and service. You will work flexible hours to match store needs and support a friendly, customer‑focused environment.

• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
