Team Manager, Account Management - Investor Vertical

About the role

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor strategies, and consumer audiences across mobile, web, and gaming. The company is seeking a Team Manager to join its Investor Vertical in London, where you will own and execute the expansion strategy for high‑leverage investor accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Directly own relationships with strategic EMEA‑based investor accounts, including hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital firms.
• Manage a team of Account Managers, driving team GRR and NRR milestones.
• Hire, train, and mentor new Account Managers with high upside potential.
• Analyze digital‑economy companies to add value for clients and showcase Sensor Tower’s alternative data products.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with NYC and HK Investor Vertical teams and internal departments such as Marketing, Data Science, and Product Management.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience working with financial institutions, preferably in consultative sales or sales management.
• Proven track record in strategic/enterprise data sales or account management.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities, with experience leveraging large datasets and AI.
• Exceptional organization, detail‑orientation, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, combining polish with personality in internal and external interactions.
