Team Member – Hospitality Role

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our historic pubs and restaurants. You will be the face of the venue, welcoming guests and delivering friendly, high‑quality service across the dining area, bar, and kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks with a warm, professional attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue.
• Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking and plating when needed.
• Support bar operations, including drink preparation and stock replenishment.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and help create memorable guest experiences.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the venue.
