About the role
The Technical Instructor reports to the Head of Customer Support and is responsible for designing and delivering maintenance training on Acron Aviation’s simulator devices. Training is provided to a diverse, global customer base, either on‑site at the customer’s facility or in‑house, using up‑to‑date baseline material and e‑learning tools.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver customer‑focused maintenance training courses.
- Conduct training sessions in‑house or at customer locations, ensuring access to simulation devices.
- Create, publish and validate technical content for the Electronic Documentation Facility (EDF).
- Identify and raise technical issues, resource risks or schedule impacts to the Department Manager.
- Collaborate with the instructional team to share technical expertise and improve courseware.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive in highlighting risks, resource constraints and technical problems.
- Strong communication skills for delivering training to multicultural audiences.
- Attention to detail when preparing validation‑ready training material.
Required skills
- Analysis of aircraft, equipment and wiring drawings.
- Creation and validation of technical documentation for simulator maintenance.
- Use of e‑learning platforms to support training delivery.
