Technical Trainer – AI Workflow & Automation

About the role

Cambridge Spark is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver its flagship Level 4 AI Workflow Specialist programme. You will lead practical, hands‑on workshops that enable business professionals to embed automation, low‑code solutions and advanced AI workflows into everyday operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the end‑to‑end Level 4 AI Workflow Specialist curriculum, focusing on workflow automation, low‑code tools and business integration.
• Run interactive workshops using Power Automate, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Google Workspace Studio to build real‑world AI workflows.
• Facilitate deep‑dive sessions on system prompts, prompt chaining, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge architectures.
• Teach AI economics, process optimisation, value‑stream mapping and ROI measurement for automation projects.
• Provide remote‑first training via virtual platforms and travel to client sites or Cambridge Spark hubs for on‑site sessions when required.
• Collaborate with product managers to give technical feedback on curriculum resources and develop new learning activities.

Required profile

• Strong background in delivering technical training or workshops to business audiences.
• Experience with AI, automation and low‑code/no‑code environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, business‑focused learning.
