Technology Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid, Birmingham)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing specialist technology recruitment business as a Recruitment Consultant. You will build and lead your own desk, working with innovative clients across SaaS, cyber security, cloud, and tech sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a specialist recruitment desk from business development to placement.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Identify new opportunities, grow key accounts and negotiate fees.
• Handle permanent and contract assignments across technology markets.
• Build talent pipelines and collaborate with senior leadership on new services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Strong business development and client‑management capabilities.
• Background in technology recruitment (or related sectors such as life sciences, financial services, data centre, construction).
