Telesales Representative – No Cold Calling – £35k OTE

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join Stiltz Homelifts in Guiseley. You will handle inbound B2C enquiries, turning them into appointments for our field sales team – no cold‑calling required.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer enquiries and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
• Collaborate with Sales Surveyors to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Build strong relationships by actively listening to customer needs and challenges.
• Identify and pursue hidden opportunities within the existing leads database.
• Maintain daily system reports and perform occasional business tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a B2C telesales environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Motivated by targets and comfortable in a competitive setting.

Required skills

• Experience with telesales call scheduling tools.

• Base salary £24,200 plus uncapped commission (OTE around £35,000).
