About the role
We are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team in Birmingham. The role involves contacting customers shortly after they have made a purchase to check on their experience and gather feedback. You will help ensure customers are satisfied and that their comments are recorded for continuous improvement. This position does not involve any sales targets or cold‑calling, allowing you to focus purely on service quality.

- Call customers following a recent purchase
- Collect feedback on their experience and satisfaction
- Record information accurately in the company system
- Deliver a professional, friendly service at all times

- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
