Temporary Enrolment Officer – Further Education

About the role

The Supply Register Ltd is partnering with further‑education colleges across South London to build a talent pool of Temporary Enrolment Officers for the busy September enrolment period. This short‑term, full‑time or part‑time role supports learners as they register for courses and ensures a smooth, welcoming experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome prospective and returning students during enrolment and registration events.
• Assist learners with completing enrolment documentation and applications.
• Verify student information and eligibility in line with college procedures.
• Provide accurate information on courses, funding options, student services and college policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date student records using college management systems.
• Liaise with curriculum teams, admissions staff and student support services to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
• Respond to enquiries via telephone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Support enrolment events, open days and peak registration periods.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately while complying with GDPR and college policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer‑facing role, preferably within education or admissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using student information or enrolment management systems.
