About the role

As a Temporary Site Supervisor/Driver in Uxbridge, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations within a not‑for‑profit organisation. You will oversee site maintenance and security while also handling driving duties such as transporting goods or individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance and security of the site.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Carry out basic repairs and coordinate external contractors when required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with driving duties, transporting goods or individuals as needed.
• Handle deliveries and manage on‑site inventory storage.
• Respond promptly to issues or emergencies during the shift.
• Support set‑up and take‑down of equipment for events or activities.

Required profile

• Experience in site supervision or facilities management.
• Valid driving licence with a strong driving record.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Basic DIY or maintenance skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
