Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Tech Recruitment (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join VirtueTech as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant focused on the technology sector. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will receive full training and support to launch a career in tech recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies targeting tech talent, especially in FinTech and Energy Trading.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability and provide consultative advice to clients.
• Stay informed on market trends to add strategic value to the recruitment process.

• Highly motivated and eager to start a career in recruitment.
• Strong interest in technology sectors such as Financial Technology and Energy Trading.
• Willingness to learn sales and recruitment techniques through structured training.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
