Transaction Advisory Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Transaction Advisory Consultant to join its global Transaction Advisory team. Based in London, you will work on high‑profile M&A and private‑equity projects, supporting both pre‑deal and post‑deal activities for corporate and private‑equity clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with M&A strategy, target screening, and due‑diligence assessments.
• Develop business cases, cost‑optimization analyses, and investment opportunity evaluations.
• Support post‑deal integration, merger planning, and carve‑out or divestiture strategies.
• Collaborate with multinational teams on client‑facing projects and program workstreams.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy and private‑equity value‑creation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a consulting environment supporting pre‑ and post‑deal engagements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop rigorous business cases.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, cross‑border teams and managing client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required.
