Transport Co-ordinator

About the role
The Transport Co-ordinator sits at the centre of our logistics operation, ensuring every shipment is planned, routed and delivered on time. You will work closely with drivers and customers, keeping our 24/7 dispatch service running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage shipping routes and delivery schedules.
- Allocate the appropriate vehicle and driver to each job.
- Maintain communication with drivers and customers throughout each delivery.
- React quickly to changes, keeping jobs on track and resolving issues.
Required profile
- Previous experience in transport, logistics or dispatch coordination.
- Ability to stay calm and organised under time pressure.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Route and schedule planning.
