About the role
We are seeking a trilingual Export Customer Service Advisor to support our high‑end décor product line. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for French‑ and German‑speaking customers, ensuring smooth order processing and compliance with export regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all customer queries received via email and website.
- Answer inbound calls from customers and sales managers.
- Generate orders and perform accurate data entry.
- Prepare and manage customs and export documentation for shipments.
- Provide assistance to colleagues and other departments during peak periods.
- Carry out general administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken French and German.
- Senior‑level experience in customer service, preferably with prestige or high‑end products.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs paperwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team‑player with strong cooperation skills.
