Tutoring Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role
We are looking for experienced instructional professionals to work as independent contractors, helping to train AI systems on realistic educational scenarios. You will use your hands‑on teaching experience to create and evaluate gold‑standard teaching exemplars for AI models.
Key responsibilities
- Engage AI models with complex instructional scenarios and assess their pedagogical accuracy.
- Validate AI outputs for clarity, correctness, and alignment with best‑in‑class teaching practices.
- Identify reasoning errors, document logical gaps, and rewrite explanations to improve model performance.
- Provide structured feedback and detailed documentation of instructional concepts.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, lecturer, or course creator (e.g., university, bootcamp, corporate enablement, online platforms).
- Native‑level English communication with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong empathy and rigorous analytical skills for evaluating instructional logic.
Required skills
- Experience with online education platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity.
What we offer
- Pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, rate determined by experience, expertise, and location.
- Remote freelance contract; you provide your own secure computer and high‑speed internet.
