About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a University Recruiter to drive growth for its Consultant Development Program across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain. You will lead early‑career talent attraction, build campus partnerships, and ensure a high‑touch pre‑boarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactive sourcing and outreach to top‑tier early‑career talent across Western Europe.
• Review and process candidate applications, aligning them with regional hiring needs.
• Plan, attend, and execute university career events, technical fairs, and info sessions.
• Build and nurture a long‑term referral pipeline through employee networks, alumni groups, and student organizations.
• Drive high‑touch candidate engagement from offer acceptance to start date, including monthly touchpoints and cohort networking.
• Continuously evaluate sourcing channels, iterate digital campaigns, and optimize hiring processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on early‑career or university recruiting in European markets.
• Based and work‑authorized in the United Kingdom.
• Relentless focus on execution, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Clear, concise communication style with strong stakeholder management.
• Comfortable using candidate assessment tools, tracking metrics, and leading structured pipeline stand‑ups.

Required skills

• Experience recruiting for software, cloud, or technical consulting services (nice to have).
• Familiarity with regional university ecosystems across Western Europe (nice to have).
• Experience partnering with Talent Marketing to build digital talent campaigns (nice to have).
