Vehicle Technician – Automotive Repair Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our state‑of‑the‑art garage in Manchester. You will work independently and as part of a supportive team, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles while enjoying a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify required repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Repair or replace defective parts, including timing chains, belts, clutches, and engines.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across multiple manufacturers (Ford, Peugeot, VW, Land Rover, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and follow PDI checks.
• Valid driving licence.
