Virtual MSK Physiotherapist – Remote

About the role

This is a remote Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist position supporting Bupa Insurance members, occupational health and corporate customers. You will provide telephone and video assessments, deliver self‑management advice and arrange onward referrals where needed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and video assessments of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide diagnosis, prescribe self‑management techniques and arrange appropriate referrals.
• Monitor complex and red‑flag cases, escalating to the Clinical Lead when required.
• Manage patient pathways to achieve optimal clinical outcomes at the best cost.
• Work one late shift (12‑8 pm) per week and participate in the weekend rota.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years UK post‑qualification MSK experience.
• Experience equivalent to a Band 6/7 physiotherapist in an MSK setting.
• HCPC/CSP registration and up‑to‑date clinical competence.
• Ability to evaluate, plan and prioritise workload under demanding timescales.
• Strong clinical knowledge with rapid, decisive decision‑making.

• Salary of £43,000 per annum (full‑time equivalent).
