Visual Merchandise Responsible – 40 hrs/week

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a Visual Merchandise Responsible to lead the visual presentation of the brand on Regent Street, London. In this full‑time position you will ensure the store reflects Levi’s standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and embody brand values on the shop floor.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards at all times.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
