Visual Merchandising Executive – Fixed Term (UK)

About the role

Join the Visual Merchandising team at Dior to support the UK department in translating creative briefs into market‑ready designs. You will oversee seasonal launches, manage projects, and ensure the brand’s visual standards are consistently delivered across all points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and adapt designs for the UK market, coordinating feedback with the central team.
• Project‑manage suppliers, timelines, and budgets for seasonal animations, LCP roll‑outs, and special projects.
• Own forecasts for activations and oversee workflow for 3Axe sites and Christmas ad‑hoc projects.
• Handle procurement, tendering, and ordering of POSM, testers, and video content.
• Support new product launches, ensure flawless counter installations, and conduct regular visits to London flagship stores.
• Act as the primary point of contact for field visual merchandising, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in luxury beauty or a related industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for luxury visual standards.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, creative, purchasing and retail teams.
