Wet Worker – Heating & Plumbing Technician

About the role
As a Wet Worker you will deliver heating, hot‑water and cold‑water system servicing, repairs and installations across occupied residential and commercial properties. You will work to a ‘Right First Time’ standard, ensuring safety, quality and minimal disruption for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair pipes, radiators, valves, immersion heaters, cylinders, thermal stores and related controls.
- Diagnose faults, replace expansion vessels, service under‑floor heating manifolds and Heat Interface Units (HIUs).
- Carry out work in line with manufacturer instructions, industry codes and client contract specifications.
- Attend scheduled appointments, use PDA/ACIMS for job logging and order parts as required.
- Complete accurate job sheets for every task and return unused parts.
- Provide own hand tools (e.g., battery drill, blow torch) and adhere to all company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience with heating, hot‑water and cold‑water distribution systems.
- Ability to work safely in occupied properties and across varied geographic locations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering work with minimal resident inconvenience.
- Willingness to use digital tools for workload management and reporting.
