Wholesale Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Wholesale Manager will lead the company’s luxury fashion wholesale business, overseeing relationships with prestigious department stores and independent boutiques across the UK. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and representing the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with department stores such as Harrods and Selfridges, as well as independent boutiques.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to wholesale clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product assortments and promotional plans.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale partners.
• Monitor sales performance, produce reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to expand the client network.
• Provide dotted‑line management to an Account Executive.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing luxury department store accounts (e.g., Harrods, Selfridges).
• Background in premium fashion, preferably menswear.
• Strong understanding of wholesale operations and client relationship management.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret market data.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

• Annual salary of £65,000‑£75,000.
