Worktribe SME / Consultant – Temporary Role in London

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position supports a medium‑sized not‑for‑profit organisation in London. As a Worktribe Subject Matter Expert, you will help optimise the platform, improve processes and enable staff to use the system effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy on configuration and optimisation of Worktribe systems.
• Analyse current workflows, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture requirements and tailor solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge‑transfer workshops for end‑users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system‑related issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Support integration of Worktribe with other organisational applications.
• Ensure all work complies with data‑protection and organisational policies.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with Worktribe platforms.
• Strong background in technology, preferably within the not‑for‑profit sector.
• Proven ability to analyse processes and implement improvements.
• Experience delivering training and user support.
• Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data‑protection and compliance standards.
