Account Executive - Global

About the role

SHI International Corp., a global provider of IT solutions and services, is hiring an Account Executive in London. The role is about exceeding revenue and profit goals by developing strategic sales approaches and building relationships with existing and new customers. It also covers building market awareness through industry events and keeping up with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Master SHI's value proposition and develop sales strategies and pricing proposals
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers and establish new ones through cold calling, meetings and networking
• Identify and create sales pipeline opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
• Collaborate with sales management and with internal support teams and external partners on joint selling initiatives
• Understand customers' business objectives and IT priorities, and present SHI's portfolio of products, solutions, services and capabilities
• Stay aware of competitors and defend SHI's value to win new business
• Build market awareness through local and regional industry events and organisations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 3-5 years of successful sales experience
• Minimum 50% of the time spent outside the office meeting existing and potential customers
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the territory and to SHI, partner and customer events
• Able to obtain required sales and/or technical certifications within the first 90 days
