Partner Manager - Data Center

About the role

SHI International Corp., a global provider of IT solutions and services, is hiring a Partner Manager for its Data Center business in London. The role supports the sales and technical teams in selling go-to-market solutions, fosters collaboration among sales leaders and partners, and drives growth to meet margin targets. It involves building strong partner relationships, resolving conflicts and promoting joint initiatives, while delivering training and alignment sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales leadership, account executives and technical teams in selling go-to-market solutions
• Facilitate strategic planning meetings and training between sales leaders, account executives and technical teams
• Drive partner growth and ensure gross margin targets are met within a dedicated business unit or identified OEMs
• Build strong relationships with partners and act as an ambassador of SHI's value
• Align account executive activities with partner goals and lead joint account alignment sessions
• Handle partnership conflicts escalated by sales leadership and in-field partner management
• Deliver partner training and sales enablement initiatives
• Promote the "better together" messaging and support select customer-facing activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner and customer events
• Intermediate level: using industry software to analyse market trends and forecast sales, identifying and managing high-impact sales opportunities, and working in a matrix management structure
