Account Manager - Global

About the role

SHI International Corp., a global provider of IT solutions and services, is hiring an Account Manager in London. The role drives customer retention and growth by identifying client pain points and developing tailored solutions, while keeping sales and supply chain forecasts aligned through regular communication. It also acts as the main link between customers, sales and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and develop end-to-end solutions to drive retention and growth
• Keep customers informed so that forecasts match sales and supply chain plans
• Host quarterly business reviews and status meetings
• Work with account executives and other resources to show capabilities and meet customer needs
• Review and improve processes to speed technology deployment and use
• Take part in business-unit major initiative campaigns
• Prepare and deliver management reports and provide customer service, including pricing quotes and renewals
• Create, track and update CRM activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years in outside sales, inside sales management or pre-sales for large organizations
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner and customer events
• Advanced sales EOM certification preferred; 2-4 years in a Customer Success role preferred

Required skills

• Intermediate: detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and revenue-generating professional services engagements
• Intermediate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Intermediate: coordinating multiple projects and using CRM software
• Intermediate: team selling and selling IT products and services globally

Pay is estimated at £40,000 - £50,000 base salary plus bonus, depending on experience and location.
