Account Manager – Luxury Fragrance & Beauty

About the role

CHANEL is seeking an Account Manager for its Fragrance & Beauty division at Stansted Airport. You will lead a passionate team, uphold the brand’s luxury standards, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, develop and manage a high‑performing team, overseeing onboarding, training, goal setting and performance feedback.
• Drive business development through forecasting, promotional planning, KPI analysis and clienteling initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations, including rota management, stock monitoring, reporting and execution of brand activations.
• Champion the brand’s signature service approach, ensuring immersive and authentic client interactions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and implement strategic actions.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including recruitment, coaching and career development.
• Ability to collaborate with retailer teams and cross‑functional partners.
