About the role
The school is looking for a calm and caring Administrative Officer to become the welcoming face of our busy office and to support children during lunchtimes. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and a safe environment for pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Greet children, visitors and parents, providing a friendly first point of contact.
- Manage the school inbox, responding promptly and appropriately to enquiries.
- Handle office administration tasks, including processing orders and payments.
- Coordinate bookings for wrap‑around care provision.
- Provide first‑aid care to children as needed, including playground first aid during lunchtimes.
Required profile
- Calm, caring and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy school environment.
- Willingness to support children during lunchtimes and provide first aid.
