Admissions & Sales Coordinator – Remote (10 hrs/week)

About the role
Brainology is seeking a confident Admissions & Sales Coordinator to handle warm parent enquiries, convert them into trial‑day bookings and ensure a seamless experience from first contact to attendance. This fully remote, part‑time position offers flexible hours and a focus on customer service within the education sector.
Key responsibilities
- Contact new enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
- Build rapport with parents, understand each child’s needs and recommend suitable programmes.
- Convert enquiries into booked trial days and follow up consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads in the CRM system.
- Confirm attendance for each Saturday session and provide Site Managers with attendee lists.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the parent journey.
Required profile
- Proven track record in sales, admissions, recruitment, telesales or customer success.
- Strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Professional, reliable and customer‑focused.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
