Admissions & Sales Coordinator – Remote (10 hrs/week)

About the role

Brainology is seeking a confident Admissions & Sales Coordinator to handle warm parent enquiries, convert them into trial‑day bookings and ensure a seamless experience from first contact to attendance. This fully remote, part‑time position offers flexible hours and a focus on customer service within the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
• Build rapport with parents, understand each child’s needs and recommend suitable programmes.
• Convert enquiries into booked trial days and follow up consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads in the CRM system.
• Confirm attendance for each Saturday session and provide Site Managers with attendee lists.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the parent journey.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, admissions, recruitment, telesales or customer success.
• Strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Professional, reliable and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
