Apparel Operations & Product Manager

About the role

HAYA is looking for an Operations & Product Manager to lead the supply chain and new product development for its modest activewear line for Muslim women. You will own end‑to‑end supplier relationships, drive a 12‑month NPD calendar and ensure product launches hit schedule and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships from purchase orders to freight, 3PL, invoicing and reorder points.
• Develop and execute a 12‑month new product development calendar.
• Oversee the sampling and approval process, from tech pack to bulk sign‑off.
• Coordinate critical paths across multiple styles and seasons, preventing stockouts.
• Work closely with suppliers on fit, construction and quality, not just price and dates.
• Monitor commercial and financial performance, including margin and cash‑flow.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain or NPD within an apparel or activewear brand.
• Hands‑on ownership of supplier relationships and proven ability to solve problems before they become crises.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage timelines, pushing back when necessary.
• Alignment with HAYA’s mission to serve Muslim women is a plus.
