Senior Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

KPMG is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead and expand its Supply Chain practice across major UK locations. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end supply chain transformation programmes, integrating digital technologies, and driving sustainable business growth for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact client engagements and act as the primary point of contact.
• Apply innovative problem‑solving across transformation, digital, and sustainability projects.
• Deliver clear communications, build long‑term relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct insightful analysis combining KPMG expertise, market intelligence, and data analytics to provide strategic recommendations.
• Leverage industry experience to drive sales, develop new propositions, and expand market presence.
• Foster an inclusive team culture, mentor junior staff, and develop future leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply chain technology projects for diverse clients.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes such as S&OP, transport, warehouse management, and network optimisation.
• Experience designing and implementing supply chain operating model transformations.
• Background in one or more sectors: consumer goods, retail, oil & gas, aerospace & defence, or industrial.
• Strong passion for developing innovative solutions and assets.
