Broker Development Manager – TPI Relationship Manager

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing indirect channel division of a leading B2B energy consultancy. You will build and manage a portfolio of TPI broker partners across the UK, balancing inbound enquiries with proactive outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a portfolio of 20‑30+ TPI broker partners from scratch.
- Respond to and qualify inbound broker enquiries (≈50% of activity).
- Proactively source, engage and nurture new broker partnerships.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings with partners across the UK, especially in the early stages.
- Network at industry events to strengthen long‑term relationships.
- Design strategies to grow revenue and improve live rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance and finance teams to maximise results.
- Support onboarding, training, compliance and quality assurance for brokers.
- Maintain high go‑live rates and minimise revenue risk.
- Contribute to strategic planning of the indirect channel.
Required profile
- Proven experience driving sustainable revenue through partnership management rather than direct sales.
- Commercial drive with a long‑term partnership mindset.
- Experience in the energy sector or at an aggregator is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable balancing inbound and outbound activities (≈50/50 split).
- Excellent relationship‑building skills, especially in face‑to‑face settings.
