About the role
Laundryheap is a leading on‑demand laundry and dry‑cleaning service that partners with hotels, serviced apartments, gyms and other consumer‑facing businesses. We are looking for a high‑performing Business Development Executive to generate new B2B revenue, build a pipeline of high‑value partners and convert opportunities into long‑term contracts. - Own the full new‑business sales cycle from outbound prospecting and lead generation through pitching, negotiation and closing.
- Consistently meet outbound activity targets, including daily/weekly KPIs for calls, emails, outreach and meetings booked.
- Build, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Deliver against defined revenue, deal volume and conversion KPIs such as meetings booked, opportunities created, close rate and average deal value.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive rapid partner activation and strong end‑customer adoption of Laundryheap services.
- Leverage existing network and industry contacts to accelerate pipeline growth and shorten sales cycles.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all leads, opportunities and sales activity within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer success and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover post‑sale and a high‑quality partner launch.
- Represent Laundryheap at partner meetings, onboarding sessions and occasional industry events or promotional activities.
Required profile
- 3‑6 years of sales or business development experience with a proven B2B track record.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
- Willingness to travel moderately across London or assigned territories.
- Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline management.
What we offer
- Remote‑first flexibility with autonomy over schedule.
- Key role in a fast‑growing, industry‑leading company with global reach.
- Access to sales tools, CRM and marketing resources.
- Opportunity to shape the growth of a market‑leading laundry and dry‑cleaning service.
