About the role
QualitestGroup UK is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join its growing professional services team. The role focuses on generating new business for the company’s IT consulting services, building relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their technology needs and propose tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through online research, social media and industry events to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email and other channels, conduct needs assessments and present appropriate IT solutions.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals, follow up to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitors and the company’s service portfolio.
- Track activities, pipeline status and performance metrics in the CRM system and produce regular reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or client‑facing role, preferably in telesales.
- Genuine interest in technology and a desire to build a career in IT sales.
- Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Resilient, customer‑focused and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and related sales tools.
