Business Development Manager – Swansea

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Commercial team as a Business Development Manager for the South West and Wales region. You will be the face of Deliveroo on the ground, identifying and signing up top restaurants in Swansea and surrounding areas to grow the platform’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant partners across the region.
• Conduct multi‑channel outreach, including in‑person visits, calls, and digital communication.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding to ensure a swift and efficient launch for new merchants.
• Own the first eight weeks of a partner’s journey, driving early performance and long‑term growth.
• Stay immersed in the local food scene by attending meet‑ups and sampling potential partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hunting sales roles with a track record of closing win‑win deals.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of food‑delivery economics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across face‑to‑face, phone, and email.
• Genuine interest in the restaurant industry and ability to convey product value.
• Self‑starter with a valid driving licence, car, and willingness to work on the road.
