About the role

We are looking for a Business Management Graduate to join our Middlesbrough office. The role provides hands‑on experience across business development, client engagement and operational processes, giving you a solid foundation in how a fast‑growing sales and marketing organisation delivers results for its UK clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with business development and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators and other metrics to track progress.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and customers.
• Support day‑to‑day business operations and team coordination.
• Contribute to the delivery and development of client campaigns and accounts.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student interested in business management, development or operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to commute to Middlesbrough for an on‑site role.
