About the role
You will provide physical personal care and support to residents, helping to maintain or improve their quality of life while recognising signs of distress.
Key responsibilities
- Provide physical personal care to residents in line with their support plans.
- Assist with daily living tasks to maintain or improve residents’ quality of life.
- Recognise signs of distress and report them promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify ways to reduce distress and promote resident independence.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑focused residential setting delivering personal care to a diverse group.
- Awareness of housing, Health and Safety legislation and National Care Standards.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, nights or lone working when required.
