Chef de Partie – Hospitality Kitchen Role

About the role

Bespoke Hotels is looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, preparing high‑quality dishes while supporting the overall culinary operation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes using fresh produce, blending contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Support the achievement of budgeted food gross profit targets.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Adhere to Company health and safety, food safety, and COSHH legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar kitchen position.
• Passionate about hospitality and eager to learn.
• Reliable, team‑oriented and committed to delivering excellent guest service.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Understanding of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) compliance.
