About the role

Join Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars as a Receptionist with flexible scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, including check‑in, check‑out, room escorting and luggage delivery.
  • Verify and set up appropriate credit arrangements for guests.
  • Collect passports and complete required procedures in line with local legislation and Hyatt data‑privacy standards.
  • Handle cash transactions and billing processes accurately.
  • Assist guests during their stay, promptly addressing requests and resolving complaints.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through effective upselling techniques.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the hotel’s services, facilities and amenities.

Required profile

  • Friendly and professional individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Confident in managing front‑desk responsibilities while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills.
