Chemistry & Python Expert – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Chemistry and Python specialist to join our AI training platform on a freelance basis. You will create realistic computational chemistry challenges that help evaluate and improve AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational chemistry problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks (using NumPy, SciPy, and domain‑specific libraries) that require non‑trivial reasoning.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
• Base challenges on actual research or practical chemistry applications.
• Validate solutions with Python scripts and standard computational chemistry methods.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in applied, research, or teaching roles.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+).
• Experience with numerical methods and computational chemistry concepts.
